For my Cinema Notebooks class, we were assigned to make a documentary about our partner and a story that is special to them. I wanted to capture Brooke Fisher’s experience at working at a bagel shop in Ann Arbor, Michigan and show that this more than a restaurant—it was a safe haven to her.
